What is the Co2 Saver Theme?

The Billion News Green Categorie name "Co2 Saver" symbolizes several actions that protect our planet and the people and species living on it:

· Consider the planet and the climate crisis. Co2 needs to be eliminated above all else. The Climate Classy actions make this happen.

· Help keeping the cities and surroundings free from smog and Co2.

· Use renewable energy sources.

· Play a part in inventing and improving renewable energy sources.

· Invest in renewable energy.

· Make sure that your manufacturing process emits as little greenhouses gases as possible. Greenhouses gases include: carbon dioxide (Co2), methane, nitrous oxide, and fluorocarbons.

· Choose ingredients and materials from other suppliers, who think and act in terms of reducing the Co2 level in our atmosphere.

· Plant more trees than you use. Planting trees remains one of the cheapest, most effective means of drawing excess CO2 from the atmosphere. A healthy tree stores about 6 kilos of carbon dioxide (Co2) annually. Trees also remove other gaseous pollutants by absorbing them with normal air components through the stomates in the leaf surface. These other gases are: sulphur dioxide (SO2), ozone (O3) and nitrogen oxides. Read more at: Colorado Tree benefits.

· Involve yourself in programs that can save and improve the trees and forests around the globe.
