Many countries would like to own this oil. At some point of time, we will find out which country it will belongs to by measuring the geographical ownership. Do you think we should leave the Northpole alone without drilling for oil in that area? 1. Yes – and I would like to help working for the protection. I think we should stop using oil as an energy source. 2. Yes – I think we should work on inventing more natural ressources and expand our use of sun-, water and windpower. I think we need to spend more money on educating people and companies about renewable energy sources and development. 3. Yes – I think we should use more renewable energy. 4. I don’t have an opinion about that just yet – I would like to learn more about the oil at the Northpole. 5. No. View Result           Recycle Vote   Do you think we should recycle* by designing more products using bits and pieces from old or used items? *Resusing a product by turning it into something new (cleaned and sometimes redesigned) means that a product becomes a recycled product. 1. Yes – I would like to know if a product is a recycled product. I would buy more recycled products if I knew I saved some of the planets ressources by choosing that product. 2. Yes – I definitely think we should support entrepreneurs who want to design and sell new things from material that has been recycled. And the government should lower the sales tax on recycled products. If they did, I would buy more recycled products. 3. Yes – definately, and I think the government should lower the sales tax on reclycled products. If they did, I would buy more recycled products. 4. I don’t have an opinion about that just yet – I would like to learn more about recycling. 5. No. View Result       Fuel Vote   Do you think that a new type of green fuel* should be avilable? *A fuel that does not send out any Co2 into the atmosphere. 1. Yes – and I would like to help make it happen. 2. Yes – definately and companies should offer the greenest fuel that exist on the market. 3. Yes – definately and companies should offer the greenest fuel that exist on the market, but the governments need to help make it happen by lowering the tax on the greenest fuel. 4. I don’t have an opinion about that just yet – I would like to learn more about green fuel. 5. No. View Result         Ethics Vote   Would you like companies to define what acting according to global ethics*, means to them? *Company ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility mean that you consider what the responsible and decent thing to do is - in given situations. When implementing ethics in a company the company should define their policies and should give the staff tools to act opon them in everyday matters. 1. Yes – I think all companies should have a clear policy about global ethics. I think that any product should be developed with a emphazis on ethics. I would like to support the work of informing people about CSR* related subjects. *Corporate Social Responsibility. 2. Yes – I think that any company should be responsible and do the most decent thing. I think that investors should invest in companies that uses part of the profit for certain CSR related programs. 3. Yes – I think all companies should have a clear policy about global ethics. I think that any product should be developed with a emphazis on ethics. 4. I don’t have an opinion about that just yet – I would like to learn more about global ethics and CSR. 5.
